SHIPPING

We want you to offer the lowest shipping price available so we give you the best options for the size and weight of your purchase. If you're more into speed, we offer that option. 

We don't add anything to the shipping cost - we're just passing on the cost USPS and other shippers charge.

Currently we ship to the contiguous US only. If you're not in one of those 48 States (you know who you are), then we'll need to charge you for that extra amount. we do not ship to APO or PO Boxes.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's something wrong, you can return it. Here's what you need to do:

Damages or Defects

• Check out your order upon delivery to see if there's anything wrong.
• Damages and defects must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Call us.
• We will arrange a replacement or return

Refunds

• A full refund will be given for returns received within 30 days.
• We can't give refunds for shipping and handling charges
• Send it back in its original box in its original condition
• Some items do have restocking fees

Returning Items

• Return must arrive to our warehouse in their original condition and original packaging. 
  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#)
• Habitat Design reserves the right to refuse returned packages that are without an RMA#. Please, please, please be sure to write your RMA# on the outside of the package.

• Please ship all returns fully insured
• Mark your RMA# clearly on the outside of the package / note within packaging too
• Habitat Design does not pay for return shipping
• Please allow 3-4 weeks for us to process your return
